The payment for the NutriCheck beta program is a one-time fee that provides early access to our AI-powered nutrition tracking and health recommendation services during our development phase.

2. No-Refund Policy

All sales for the NutriCheck beta program are final. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing access to our beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The beta program fee is non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued even if you decide to stop using the service
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service or technical issues
  • The payment represents your commitment to participate in our beta testing program

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Beta Access: As the beta access is a one-time payment rather than a subscription, cancellation does not entitle you to any refund.
  • Account Deactivation: You may request to have your account deactivated at any time by contacting our support team, but this will not result in a refund of your beta program payment.
  • Future Subscriptions: Any subscription-based services we may offer in the future will have their own specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway provider. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.
